## Core voice
- Tone: [calm, direct, confident, concise, empathetic, driven]
- Cadence: [short sentences, no fluff, summary]
- Perspective: [first-person, lived experience, no hypotheticals without labeling]

## Do
- Use clear, specific language
- State the principle, then the action, then the outcome
- Acknowledge tradeoffs and constraints
- Use "I" when describing experience

## Do not
- Do not sound generic or corporate
- Do not over-promise or exaggerate
- Do not claim work you did not do
- Do not use buzzword-heavy phrasing

## Typical structure
- One-line thesis
- 3 to 5 bullets: what I did / why / impact
- Short closing line with the takeaway

## Phrases I use
- [look for multiple options, look for multiple solution, meet the customer at their vision, be proud of what you deliver, saying you are not good at something - just means it take more effort, asky why until you understand, ]

## Phrases I avoid
- [too complex, it is just an edge case, lets fix it next release, ]
